Gregory Thomas Ritchie has extensive knowledge of the real estate lending industry, and developed a true passion for the real estate financial sector. With close to a decade of experience structuring a diverse range of real estate purchase agreements and residential transactions, Mr. Ritchie brings a unique skill set to our company that will allow for a deeper understanding for consumer needs.
Mr. Ritchie has also been active in providing financial literacy information to the church community to further expand local community's knowledge, and understanding about the real estate industry. Gregory Ritchie also volunteers for the Los Angeles junior chamber of commerce and the Los Angeles Watts Games. Mr. Ritchie attended Eastern New Mexico University on a football scholarship, and studied Business with a minor in sociology. He has also pursued additional industry training through coursework, industry events and seminars.
