Martyn Felix Brown has been a Mortgage Consultant in Los Angeles area since 2001. Through diverse market conditions, Mr. Brown has worked to close over $400 million worth of residential and commercial loans to date. His experience representing both borrowers and lenders helped him identify the current market opportunity.
Prior to forming Portfolio/Urban, Mr. Brown served as Head of Financing for the development of over 22 residential projects in the Venice, California. He is co-Founder of Financial Literacy Project, which works with faith-based organizations in South Los Angeles to help low-income constituents become more financially literate.
