BETHANY SQUARE
Bethany Square is a master planned transit-oriented mixed-use real estate development project located in South Los Angeles on the west side of Hoover Street between 83rd Street and Manchester Avenue. The Project is a featured project of the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles, which highlights the projects on its website, and in the South Los Angeles 5-year Strategic Plan, signed by major players in LA urban development, including Mayor Villaraigosa.
Bethany Square will be developed in three phases on five distinct land parcels that, in the pre-development phase, are referred to as Parcels “B” through “F”. In the aggregate, the Bethany Square Project will cover approximately four (3) acres. Developer is focused at present on Phase 1 of the development, which comprises three of the parcels (B, C, and D), which have been planned as senior affordable housing over retail and commercial space (the “Senior Housing Project”).
