We assist in the utilization of tax credits and other federal, state and local financing tools to support to low-income communities through various organizations.
Our Private Equity group owns and manages over 1,000 apartment units within 40 projects in six states. Many of these units are sustainable, affordable, and many of the buildings are historic.
We also deliver innovative renewable energy solutions for residential and businesses applications.
