The Urban Group of Companies owns and manages nearly 1,000 real estate units within 40 projects across five states. Most of these properties are historic rehabilitations, and comprise low-to–moderate-income housing, mixed-use or commercial projects.
In addition, through affiliates Urban is developing master-planned projects in South Los Angeles, the Bethany Square and Montclair West Adams projects.
